Mother’s Day Gift Guide

Mothers are special creatures. I am lucky enough to have grown up with a mother who also doubled as my best friend. She has always been my biggest fan, my biggest cheerleader, and my biggest support system.

I love Mother’s Day because it is a day I get to show my mom my appreciation for her dealing with years of sass, picky dietary preferences, and multiple occasions of changing my mind about a prom/homecoming dress the day before an event. I can’t tell you how many times my mom and I ended up at the mall at 8:30 pm the night before an event trying to find a dress after I had changed my mind.

Since getting married last June, I now have two mothers to shop for. T’s mom has always treated me like a daughter and I’m so thankful to have gained another wonderful mom. Since I’ll be shopping for two moms this year, I started brainstorming some gift ideas early so I’d have time to purchase something and have it shipped to our respective mothers.  Below is the list I brainstormed (Mary and Barb, if you are reading – stop!).
