For as long as I can remember, one of my favorite things to do was have a girls’ night. When I was little, that included snacks made by mom, playing with makeup, directing/starring in silly videos, and watching Disney movies. As I got older, the snacks stayed the same, playing with makeup became full on mani/pedis, and Disney movies turned into Rom-Coms.
The common elements that make these nights so special are the snacks, movies, and the girls. As my friends and I start our careers, get married, or move across the country, I realize how important it is to cherish and nurture the friendships that make life so special.
