2017 Summer Trends

Summer is finally here! I am ready to soak up the sun and wear all of my favorite summer trends! Today I’ll be sharing my favorite trends along with a list of items I love…

 

Statement Stripes – I’ve always been a fan of the classic and preppy vibe of stripes and I love how I’m seeing stripes everywhere this summer! Here are my favorites:

Straw Bags – I am seeing straw bags everywhere this season and I love it the casual and summer feeling it gives to an outfit. You can rock this trend by bringing a large straw tote to the beach or bring a smaller straw clutch to date night. Here are my favorites:

Florals – I love the feminine feel of floral prints. I stocked up on the floral dresses and tops this summer and just got a floral embroidered clutch and pair of shoes! Here are my faves:

Yellow – You can never go wrong with wearing yellow in the summer and it’s a color that everyone looks good in! If you don’t feel comfortable wearing a bright yellow dress or top, you can wear yellow accents (like the lemons in my dress I’m wearing in this post) a yellow bag, or yellow earrings.
